Naomie Nailed Me - Booking Policy Hey beauties! Thank you so much for choosing Naomie Nailed Me for your nail, pedicure, and makeup services! I’m excited to glam you up and provide you with an amazing experience. To make things smooth and stress-free for everyone, please check out my booking guidelines below. Booking Your Appointment: • All appointments are made online, no walk-ins, please. • A small non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your appointment. Don’t worry; this amount comes off your total when you pay the balance. • The remaining balance is accepted in CASH or via Zelle. • Please arrive on time.. I really want you to enjoy your full appointment! If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment might be canceled, and unfortunately, your deposit would be forfeited. Rescheduling & Cancellations: • Need to reschedule? No worries! Just let me know at least 48hours ahead, and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. • If you cancel less than 48hours before or miss your appointment without notice, your deposit can’t be returned. Life happens, but please communicate! Nail Service Guidelines: • Please arrive with bare nails if you didn’t book a soak-off. I prefer not to work over nails done elsewhere, so book a soak-off if needed! • Nail art is super fun, but make sure you book it ahead of time so I can plan accordingly. • To maintain a relaxed environment, please avoid bringing extra guests or kids unless they’re also booked for services. Pedicure Guidelines: • Make sure your feet are fresh and clean! For your safety, I won’t be able to provide pedicure services if you have any open wounds or infections. • If you have gel polish, please book a gel removal in advance. Makeup Service Guidelines: • Arrive with a clean, moisturized face so I can achieve the best makeup application. • Bring your favorite lashes, or feel free to pick from mine for a small fee. • To get the best results, avoid any facials or brow services at least 24 hours before your makeup appointment. General Friendly Reminders: • I reserve the right to decline service if there’s an issue such as hygiene concerns or inappropriate behavior. • All services are final sale, and no refunds are given. • I love capturing your beautiful results for social media! But if you’d rather stay off-camera, just let me know! By booking, you’re agreeing to these friendly guidelines.
